British University Application Deadlines
The EU/EEA students’ UCAS deadline is in mid-January. After the UCAS application deadlines, highly regarded universities won’t accept bachelor’s degree applications.
The deadline for overseas students from non-EU/EEA nations is at the end of June.
Different deadlines apply to overseas students at several colleges (particularly for graduate candidates). We will examine the university websites for relevant deadlines.
August: The procedure for UCAS clearance. Universities make all of their available spots available to late candidates who wish to begin their degree programme this academic year.
University Requirements for Admission
In the UK, each course determines its UK university admission, hence there are wide variations. To be eligible for higher education in the UK, students must have completed their A-levels with a minimum of 4 B grades or comparable results from a BTEC or GNVQ.
Thus, prerequisites for various courses within a university will vary, while requirements for universities as a whole may exist that all students must fulfil. While other institutions may not, the institutions of Oxford and Cambridge, for instance, usually demand that all applicants attend an interview.
You can still enrol in university as an international student visiting the UK, even if you did not complete your A-levels or receive your education in the UK system. We can guide you here.
